The Kawasaki Teryx LE introduced in 2013 (the 2014 and 2015 Teryx LE’s are virtually identical) is primarily an off-road recreational vehicle, but with good work (utility) capabilities. The significant upgrade to its predecessor, the Teryx 750 LE, is a more powerful V-twin, electronic fuel-injected engine—783 cc displacement, compared with 749 cc’s for the 750, and an increased compression ratio, 10:7 vs. 9.3:1. Other features of the four-seat Teryx4 LE include a double X frame design and integrated ROPS cage, electric power steering, CVT transmission matched with a centrifugal clutch, dashboard selectable 2W/4W/4W locked differential, dual front 200mm hydraulic disk brakes, a sealed, oil-bathed multi-plate rear brake system, Fox Podium shocks, and 600 lb. cargo and 1,300 lb. towing capacities.
