The new Teryx KRX 1000 is Kawasaki's entry into the high performance sport segment of the side-by-side market. The Teryx KRX 1000 is powered by a 999cc gas engine with EFI. The horsepower is not specified but trade magazines estimate it comes in at 112 hp. This model has selectable 2WD/4WD with locking front differential, 18.6"/21.1" of front/rear suspension travel, FOX 2.5 Podium LSC shocks, 14.4" of ground clearance and 31" Maxxis Carnivore tires on bead-lock, alloy wheels. Additional features include speed-sensitive EPS, dual hydraulic disc brakes, LED lighting, multi-function digital gauge, tilt steering, integrated half doors and composite skid plates.
